UNAT
UNAT is a non-profit organization committed to fostering representation, dialogue, and empowerment among Afro Nordic communities.
By creating space for knowledge exchange, networking, and cultural expression, UNAT cultivates pride, innovation, and transformative change among people of African descent in the Nordics.
Among its key initiatives is the Colours of Afrika (COA) Festival – a powerful event that showcases afronordic identity and creativity through art, music, dialogue, and community building. This signature event uplifts the community while challenging dominant narratives and creating space for connection and recognition.
UNAT’s impact extends through educational workshops, cultural events, and collaborative platforms that empower individuals to explore identity, heritage, and wellbeing within a Nordic context.
ABF Stockholm
ABF Stockholm- is a power-creating beacon of public education
that has been creating faith in the future, empowerment and solidarity since 1916. We are an organization based on ideas and values ​​that offers a wide range of education, training, culture and meeting places. We make knowledge accessible – for everyone. Our branches of activity, Public Education , Adult Education and Elvira Kunskapsutveckling AB, are different ways of conducting purpose-driven activities for and with Stockholmers.
We are extremely grateful to have partnered up with ABF-Huset Stockholm in making this event possible in one of the most diverse cities in the Nordic region.
Interfem
Interfem- is an anti-racist and feminist think tank and resource center that forges pathways to dismantle racism and sexism while empowering women and trans individuals who are racialized. All members of the Interfem team are women and trans people who navigate the complexities of racialization, standing in solidarity with those who face discrimination based on skin color, culture, religion, and ethnicity.
Their work is anchored in an intersectional understanding of power; they recognize that societal power structures thrive on the differentiation and hierarchization of individuals based on sexism, racism, heteronormativity, class oppression, ableism, and ageism.
As proud partners in the "Art of Holding Space" tour, Interfem aims to help create vibrant dialogues, cultivate inclusive spaces, and elevate the voices of marginalized communities. Their mission is to engage audiences in transformative conversations that challenge systemic injustices and foster solidarity across diverse identities.
